When I was very small, maybe 2 or 3, I had a frog piggy bank. On the front of the frog was a leaf that had the word love on it.
Recognising there was a word on the front of the leaf I asked my mum what it said. When she told me naturally I asked what love was.
"Hmm," she said, seeming to ponder for a moment.
Then she asked me to come over to her and proceeded to give me a big, warm hug.
She said, "can you feel that?"
"You bet I can," I said as I hugged her back.
Then she told me, "that's love, and that's all you'll ever need."
Thanks mum. I love you.
