Provisional & Permanent Governments

I wonder whether it's generally understood there are two forms of government: our democratic provisional government and an unelected permanent government; the provisional government is elected, and the permanent government is a self-appointed elite, which overshadows the provisional government.

Paul Hellyer, founder of the Canadian Action Party, Member of Parliament at age twenty-five, worked as Minister of Defence under Trudeau and Pearson, is now eighty-eight years old and sums up the permanent government fairly well is his book Light at the End of the Tunnel:

"The big supranatural corporations with their lobbyists, public relations firms and lawyers, the international banks with their close ties to both the Fed and Treasury Department ... the IMF and world bank ... the information conglomerates that blur the lines between the manufacture of news and culture and its dissemination, these are all parts of the permanent government that holds the reins of real power. It is a power camouflaged by the diversions created by the antics of the politicians comprising the parallel provisional government." (201-2)

And just to be clear what we're talking about, "our governments rather than being of, by and for the people, in accordance with the textbooks, are government by the elite for the benefit of the elite. Their dominance is maintained by an intricate network of interlocking private  and public groups that control vast banking, commercial, including oil, and 'news' distribution empires. Collectively, they are without doubt the most powerful unofficial conglomerate in the world." (203)

The reason I wonder if this is common knowledge is because if we know our elected provisional government is controlled by an unelected permanent government, then why do we allow it to continue? Do we feel powerless? Are we controlled? Or do we actually like the current system? And if the understanding of these two forms of government is not common knowledge, then why is it not?

Making Babies

There is a large and growing argument for mass depopulation. Some arguments go as far as to claim that couples who cannot provide a decent income and support for a child should not produce children to be a burden for their neighbours, that bringing unneeded children into an overcrowded lifeboat is evil.

Many will nod their heads in agreement. But the argument speaks of unneeded children. Excuse me?

While on the topic of need, how much income and support does a child need? For that matter, how much does any human being need? The problem is not overpopulation but over consumption. We do not need fewer people; we need fewer cars and televisions and wars.

It's hard to believe there is a strong argument suggesting the need for fewer people because we are unwilling to have less stuff. Or is it? Somehow it seems easier to envision the end of the world than the end of capitalism. Yet one is real and the other an ideology.

Life is about making babies, caring for them and caring for our elders. Instead we have been creating systems and machines to care for them so we can have free time to destroy the planet in the name of progress. Although this may have not been our intention, the road to hell has thus been paved.

Then the argument cries for more education (read: indoctrination) to stop making babies, to create more systems and machines in order to repair the world we have damaged, instead of doing what we are supposed to do: care for our children and our elders, and allow the planet to heal herself.

World Changes of Heart

I have heard from the Ascended Masters that only a change of heart can change the world and avert the disasters coming our way, be they environmental, economic or both, but make no mistake; there is no stopping them. By averting they mean that we will remain protected and unharmed as the disasters take place, not that we will change the course of their happening.

Harmonisation

When I align my actions with those of the universe and then someone tries to change my course, they will have to change the course of the entire universe. Of course I will have to deal with ridicule, but that is a small price to pay for being in the universal stream of life.

The human race has been imprisoned for far too long. And I say again, prepare yourself, all wickedness and evil-mindedness, to leave this Earth.

Canadian Family Domains

If each Canadian family was given a one hectare piece of their native land for a lifetime of use and to leave to their children after they passed, each family would not only be able to sustain themselves: they could also sell their surplus and live in abundance. We could eliminate unemployment, and instead of cramming into smog filled cities we could spread out across this vast land and create communities based on nurturing care for each other and our world.

The human race has been manipulated for far too long. We need to stand up and claim our rightful place in this world, as God's children. We have been sleeping, and darkness has prospered. But no more. We do not have to allow ourselves to be manipulated or controlled. None other than God himself has dominion over any of us, and the time has come to reclaim stewardship over ourselves and our world.

The masses think we're just responding to events.

Why Do We Need God?

People often ask, "Why do we need God? Why isn't it enough to just follow our own hearts, our own conscience and be basically good people?"

To this I now reply it has been the following of our hearts without a care for God that has brought us to this place in time, a living hell for most. Hearts without God are vulnerable to greed and fear and lust for power and fame.

I'm not saying we shouldn't trust our hearts. The heart is essential to living a full and bountiful life. But God has laid out a joyous and beautiful path for us, and so without him our hearts are like a boat sailing at full mast in a great gale with no rudder.

9/11 Commission Report

I was having a peruse of the official 9/11 Commission Report because that's the kind of thing I like to do in my spare time.

Some information was presented to me about the financing of 9/11. Naturally, I wasn't going to take some nutter conspiracy theorist's word for it. So I went and looked it up for myself. And darned if I didn't come across some inconsistencies.

The page I was originally pointed to was 172:

"To date, the US government has not been able to determine the origin of the money used for the 9/11 attacks. Ultimately the question is of little practical significance."

Little practical significance? What the hell. I would think knowing who funded attacks on the World Trade Centre might be somewhat significant.

And so it is, later on page 382:

"Vigorous efforts to track terrorist financing must remain front and center in US counterterrorism efforts. The government has recognized that information about terrorist money helps us to understand their networks, search them out, and disrupt their operations."

So, let me get this straight. Knowing where the money came from to bring down the Twin Towers is of little practical significance, while tracking terrorist financing must remain front and center.

Anyway, reading the official Commission Report is making my brain hurt. Perhaps I better just go watch some TV.

What if...

I've been pondering a question posed to me a while back:

What if someone knew the nature of how I was creating my own reality, but I didn't?

I have trouble comprehending that some people are still unaware that we are indeed manifesting our reality. How someone in this world could continue to hold the view that all of this is just happening to us, as if we are just meat-sticks wandering around a sphere hanging in space, is beyond me. Nevertheless, anyone who is unaware of this is open to blatant and obvious manipulation. And although this keystone of understanding is of paramount importance, awareness is really only the first step.

Though I have considered myself aware for several years now, I have still often been manipulated. Even now, I feel I am awake, but just yesterday while speaking at Occupy Vancouver I slipped into a pattern of manipulation. I was trying to push my agenda, rather than simply being a conduit of consciousness. While it is true I am manifesting my own reality, it is only while I am conscious of being the creator that God can speak through me.

There is a paradox here. I am both myself and God at the same time: we are one and the same. But while it is possible for Him to exist without me, I cannot in reality exist without Him. And those who believe we are merely meat-sticks can only at best create more systems of authority and control, where the oppressors become the oppressed and vice versa, and at worst we become slaves manipulated by and demanding our own fodder.

Since the mid-seventeenth century we have known the nature of reality is illusory, that there is no reality out there but only in here, in our hearts and minds. This knowledge began with Descartes, who stood on the shoulders of the giants before him (Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, etc.), and has continued after with those who have stood on his giant shoulders.

In this way we are all now connected to this greater reality. However, most of us have been asleep for a very long time, while some of those who had awakened earlier had used this knowledge to keep the rest asleep. We are much easier to control this way.

We must wake up.

I would like to take this opportunity to ask for the forgiveness of my fore bearers. I heard long ago that forgiveness begins with the one who recognises the offence. Though I cannot completely comprehend this logic, I'm beginning to awaken, and in this awakening we all need to forgive and accept forgiveness.

We need to take care of each other. Any position I have taken that was not for the care and betterment of humanity was off the mark and therefore needs to be amended. I need to take responsibility for my life in real and tangible ways, and that means opening up to the spontaneous and ordered forces of creation, not just running around like a meat-stick making and enforcing rules.

I am aware that I am manifesting this reality, and I am also aware that entities have been manipulating this reality for some time now. And so now it ends. Humanity is awakening.

Prepare yourself, all wickedness and evil-mindedness, to leave this Earth.
